Welcome to Mason Master. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services
Mason Master is a digital platform that connects customers with professional masons for construction and related services. The platform operates strictly as an intermediary. All service agreements, quality, timelines, and outcomes are directly between customers and masons. Mason Master provides guidance to customers and training resources for masons but does not employ, supervise, or control the masons.
2. Account Creation
Users must register and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Content
You may post reviews, feedback, or upload project details. By submitting content, you grant Mason Master a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the operation and marketing of the platform. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.
4. Consent to Use Data
By using the platform, you consent to Mason Master collecting and processing your personal and project data to facilitate service matching, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Bookings
Mason Master facilitates the booking process between customers and masons but does not guarantee the availability, quality, or reliability of services. Confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling are to be handled directly between the customer and the mason.
6. Pricing, Fees, and Payment Terms
All pricing is either set by masons or agreed upon between the customer and the mason before work commences. Mason Master may charge a facilitation fee for the service. Payments for services should be made as per the agreed terms between the customer and mason. Mason Master does not mediate payment disputes.
7. Customer Conduct
Customers must interact respectfully with masons and not engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities on the platform.
8. Third Party Services
Mason Master does not endorse or take responsibility for services provided by third-party masons or any links to external resources posted on the platform.
9. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of masons, communicating job requirements clearly, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety, legal, and regulatory requirements at the construction site.
10. Our Intellectual Property
All rights in the platform design, branding, and proprietary resources provided by Mason Master remain exclusively with the company.
11. Term and Termination
Mason Master reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful behavior, or misuse of the platform.
12. Disclaimers and Warranties
Mason Master provides its platform on an "as is" basis. The company is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, quality of work, damages, injuries, losses, disputes, or any incidents arising at the construction site between masons and customers. All interactions and agreements are solely between the user and the mason.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mason Master, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from (a) your use of the platform, (b) any interaction or dispute with masons or other users, or (c) breach of these Terms.
14. Jurisdiction, Governing Laws, and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
15. Grievance Redressal
For any complaints or grievances regarding the platform, users may contact our customer support. Mason Master may, at its discretion, facilitate communication between users but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.
16. Miscellaneous Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. Mason Master may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
